Here’s What 7 Real Toddlers Ate in a Day

Feeding toddlers: The struggle is real.

Sometimes they go days without eating a single vegetable, then they have full meals of only iceberg lettuce. We feel victorious when our preschoolers eat kale—with the caveat that it comes in a fried, dinosaur-shape Tater-Tot.

We needed to feel less alone. So we asked every toddler-mom we know to lay it all bare, and share what her kids eat in a day. (Hint: The Girl Scout cookies have hit us all hard).

Here, the results of our thorough nutritional survey. See how your little eater stacks up.
